 Interior
Pronto Patch is a fast setting, ready-to-use gypsum based patching
compound that requires only clean water for mixing. It achieves initial
set in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, and final set within 30 minutes.
It is excellent for making repairs to interior surfaces such as gypsum
wallboard and plastered walls. |

dust, dirt, or other contaminants. |

Mixing

Interior Pronto
Patch should be mechanically mixed with clean water for at least
10 to 15 minutes to develop the proper consistency for trowel application.
Continuous mixing, by adding a new batch to the remaining portion
of the previous mix will insure consistency of workability. Caution:
If the previous batch has begun to set or harden, it must be discarded
and a new batch prepared. Do not re-temper mixed material.

Application

Add approximately
3/4 gallon (3mm) of clean water per 10 lbs. (4.5 kg.) of material.
Mix to thick, creamy consistency. Do not re-temper. Caution: Interior
Pronto Patch is a fast setting material; mix only enough that can
be applied within 10 to 15 minutes. Apply with a trowel, forcing
material firmly into areas being patched to insure good bond. Deep
fills should be built up gradually using a scratch and brown method.
Slightly overfill patch and then shave with a straight edge to conform
to surrounding surface. Water trowel to smooth texture after initial
set. Ready for paint in 7 days.
