 Exterior
Pronto Patch is a fast setting, ready-to-use portland cement based
patching compound that requires only clean water for mixing. It achieves
initial set within 20 to 30 minutes, and final set within 1 hour.
It is excellent for patching around newly installed windows and doors
and other minor repairs in portland cement substrates, such as surface
cracks, holes, voids. |

Surface
Preparation
|
|
Surfaces must
be structurally sound, clean, free of loose debris or deteriorated
materials, dust, dirt, or other contaminants.

Mixing
|
|
Mix thoroughly
with clean water for approximately 1 to 2 minutes until reaching
a no-slump, trowel consistency. Do not re-temper. Caution:
Exterior Pronto Patch is a fast setting material; mix only enough
that can be applied within 15 to 20 minutes.

|
|
Application
|
|
Pre-dampen areas
to be patched to control suction. Apply with a trowel, forcing material
firmly into receiving areas to insure good bond. Deep fills should
be built up gradually using a scratch and brown method. Slightly
overfill patch and then shave with a straight edge to conform to
surrounding surface. Merlex Stucco may be applied in 24 hours.

Clean
all mixing equipment and application tools immediately after use with
water. |

|

Packaged
in 45 lb. (20.43 kg) bags. Must be kept in dry storage area. Approximately
3 to 6 month shelf life.

Environmental
& Safety
|
|
Contains
portland cement and is alkaline on contact with water. May be irritating
to eyes and skin. Wear appropriate skin and eye protection. In case
of eye contact, flush immediately with water. If irritation persists,
consult a physician. Wash hands with soap and water after use or before
eating. Keep out of reach of children. |
